1. PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between BARN Sarl and its customers in the context of the organization of automotive events via the www.rallyecollective.com website.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All orders placed with Rallye Collective imply the customer's unreserved acceptance
of these terms and conditions.

3. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

3.1 Registration: Registration for the events must be made via the Rallye Collective website, www.rallyecollective.com.
3.2. Payment: Payment of registration fees must be made at the time ofbooking within 5 days. Credit cards and bank transfers are accepted.

4. PRICE

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and exclude VAT.
Upon receipt of the deposit and acceptance of the documents confirming
the participation of the persons booked, a commercial relationship is considered
to have been established between the customer and BARN. If, for any reason(s) whatsoever, the customer decides not to continue with the tour after he/she has been registered on the list of participants, the total amount can only be reimbursed depending on the conditions of the event, It may happen that a person on the waiting list takes the reserved place. This measure is not guaranteed if there is no replacement.
BARN reserves the right to modify prices at any time. These are the prices valid at
at the time the contract is concluded on the www.rallyecollective.com website.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

5.1. Cancellation by the customer: All cancellations must be notified by email to Rallye
Collective. The following cancellation fees apply:
- Cancellation more than 60 days before the event: full refund.
- Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the event: no refund.
5.2. Cancellation by the organizer: In the event of cancellation of the event by Rallye
Collective, the customer will receive a full refund of all sums paid.

6. LIABILITY

6.1. Responsibility of the organizer: Rallye Collective undertakes to use all
means necessary to ensure the smooth running of the events. However,
cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from circumstances
beyond its control (force majeure, etc.).

6.2. Customer's liability : The customer is responsible for any damage caused by himself-
or by his companions during the event.

7. INSURANCE

The customer is required to take out civil liability insurance to cover
any damage he may cause during the event, as well as insurance for
dépannage unless BARN Sarl is able to cover him for certain events.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements (texts, images, logos, etc.) on the Rallye
Collective website are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or
use without prior authorization is strictly forbidden.

9. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected at the time of registration is used solely for
the organization of events and will not be communicated to third parties
without the customer's consent.

10. DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the
dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.

11. MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BARN Sarl reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The new
conditions will be applicable as soon as they are published on the Rallye Collective website.
